cups plain yogurt {I used honey greek the first time and then I used strawberry
kefir today}
½
cup orange juice
¼
cup wheat germ
½
tsp vanilla
1
large banana {peeled and sliced}
1
tbsp raw organic honey
¼
tsp ground cinnamon
Blend!
Blend!! Blend!!!
If
you do not want to add ice you can place the smoothie in the freezer when you are
washing the dishes.
Modify
to taste.
