I just finished Week 1 Day 1 of the May 30 Day BodyRock Challenge!! It feels sooo good!!

The issues I seemed to face were writing my scores down and transitioning from one workout to the next within the 10 seconds rest. I felt as if I was aimlessly jumping around during the first circuit. Once I found where I liked to do each move the following circuits went more smoothly.
I mixed the Intermediate Level Bodyweight Only Fit Test Video with the Intermediate Level with Equipment Fit Test Video. I completed the 4 exercises with 50 seconds on and 10 seconds off 3 times through or 3 circuits. {A circuit is 1 set of the 4 exercises.} Be sure to set the timer to allow 12 intervals, if you set less the gymboss will turn off and you will have to stop working out to turn it on again. I followed the workout with BodyRock Flow.

{As you can see I initially set 3 intervals, what was I thinking ... ughh}
TIP: Set 10 seconds rest FIRST to allow time to situate yourself for the first workout.
