May 30 Day Challenge



Hi everyone!!


     I just finished Week 1 Day 1 of the May 30 Day BodyRock Challenge!!  It feels sooo good!!

     The issues I seemed to face were writing my scores down and transitioning from one workout to the next within the 10 seconds rest.  I felt as if I was aimlessly jumping around during the first circuit.  Once I found where I liked to do each move the following circuits went more smoothly.  


     I mixed the Intermediate Level Bodyweight Only Fit Test Video with the Intermediate Level with Equipment Fit Test Video.  I completed the 4 exercises with 50 seconds on and 10 seconds off 3 times through or 3 circuits.  {A circuit is 1 set of the 4 exercises.} Be sure to set the timer to allow 12 intervals, if you set less the gymboss will turn off and you will have to stop working out to turn it on again.  I followed the workout with BodyRock Flow.

{As you can see I initially set 3 intervals, what was I thinking ... ughh}

TIP: Set 10 seconds rest FIRST to allow time to situate yourself for the first workout.

Blueberry Oatmeal Multigrain Pancakes



Hi everyone!


     I have been relaxing at the river all weekend ... thus not eating so healthy or sticking to a workout plan.  It would be nice to start my week and the bodyrock.tv May 30 Day Challenge with some healthy breakfast choices.  I just finished making some blueberry oatmeal multigrain pancakes and I am excited to share them with you.  It is a perfect way to freeze portion sizes for later.  They turn out delicious after reheating them in the toaster.

Homemade Granola Bars




Hi everyone!


     This is my first blog, however; I am an avid blog follower and YouTuber.  I have been talking about beginning a fitness challenge for a little while now.  My friend wanted me to blog my challenge for motivation.  We have a little group of girls we share group text messages and pictures with so I thought why not share a blog with everyone.  Today I planned on starting the May 30 Day Challenge with bodyrock.tv but unfortunately I woke up with a migraine.  My body has not felt up to the challenge all day :( I made some granola bars instead.  Let me know if you make the granola bars too and what you think of them.
